My name is Solomon Tettey and I was born in May 1994. Exercise and sport have accompanied me my entire life. Parallel to that Various injuries and subtle pain accompanied me for almost as long and prevented me from fully developing physically for a long time.

 

In the fitness world, a good figure and a muscular body are often the primary goal. The focus is primarily on appearance and health is often neglected. I used to train for purely visual reasons, but if I'm honest with myself, it never made me feel vital and full of power. Superficial focus was probably to blame for the fact that when I tried to look perfect, I never reached my peak condition.

I founded TETTEY Health with the conviction that with a structured approach and the latest scientific findings we can promote health, shape an aesthetic body and be happy at the same time. That's why It is important to me that my own health should never be neglected in my coaching that we achieve noticeable and visible results from the time invested and that we follow a system that allows us to be successful, healthy and happy not just in the short term, but in the long term.
