The website at www.tettey.ch is offered and operated by Solomon Tettey of TETTEY Health (hereinafter referred to as TETTEY Health), Hochstrasse 64, CH-4053 Basel.

 

1. Validity of the Conditions

The offers, services, and (deliveries) of TETTEY Health are made solely on the basis of these terms and conditions, even if these are not expressly agreed again. By using the TETTEY Health website, these terms and conditions, the provisions on data protection and revocation, are deemed to have been accepted. General terms and conditions of the buyer are hereby contradicted. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if they have been confirmed in writing by TETTEY Health.

 

2. Offer and conclusion of the contract

2.1. The presentation of the services on the website, price lists, and advertisements from TETTEY Health are subject to change and do not constitute a legally binding offer.

2.2. With the payment and the subsequent confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded and is legally binding. The General Terms and Conditions of TETTEY Health are thereby accepted.

2.3. TETTEY Health reserves the right to refuse the order without reason within 14 days after the order confirmation. The amount will be refunded.

3. Prices and Refund Policy

3.1. The prices quoted by TETTEY Health at the time the order was received apply. These are fixed at the time of ordering.

3.2 The price does not include (in the case of on-site personal training) the travel route and the rental of locations (sports halls, fitness centers, indoor pools, sports facilities, etc.). So that you do not incur any costs, I ask you to cancel a training session at least 24 hours before the agreed date.

3.3. There is no right of cancellation, exchange, or return.

3.4. If the service can no longer be used (illness or accident), the service can be obtained at a later point in time after the presentation of a corresponding medical certificate. By arrangement, the training and coaching sessions can also be transferred to another person. No amount will be refunded.

4. Questionnaire and health data

The health questionnaire with your health information and your goals must be filled out in full right at the beginning. This is mandatory to protect TETTEY Health. As a personal coach, I am bound by confidentiality. The customer or interested party undertakes to truthfully fill out the questionnaire (anamnesis) and to provide information about his state of health to the best of his knowledge and belief.

5. Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. TETTEY Health disclaims any liability for accidents and illnesses.

 

6. Customer's Failure to Use the Service

If the services are not used within the period, the customer is not entitled to a price reduction or reimbursement.

7. Copyright and Trademarks

7.1. The entire content of the TETTEY Health websites and coaching programs is protected by copyright. All rights belong to TETTEY Health or third parties. The elements on the TETTEY Health websites are freely accessible for browsing purposes only. Reproduction of the material or parts thereof in any written or electronic form is only permitted with the express mention of TETTEY Health. Reproduction, transmission, modification, linking, or use of the TETTEY Health websites for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written consent of  TETTEY Health.

 

7.2. The names and logos on the TETTEY Health websites are usually registered, protected trademarks.

8. Jurisdiction

15.1. The jurisdiction is the city of Basel-Stadt.  For all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contract of sale. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
